good luck. my mum lives in middlewich which I think is quite nearby to you. (miles away from me). good luck with the big "life-changing" run 3 ~ no pressure :) I did the plan last year on a treadmill & have wk5r2 to do outside with my 12 & 13year olds tomorrow & Im not looking forward to that one & am definately apprehensive about the big one. will be looking in to see how you got on.

thanks for the replies ... i notice you say you did it on a tread mill is there much differance .. i have done all of my runs outside .. i need the distraction of running out side.. i dont think i could have got this far on a tread mill i would have got bored lol (mind u on a tread mill you go nowhere to start with lol )

carry on outside! the treadmill is great for interval training to help gain speed (you feel you need to do this later on) & I did mine indoors as I was very conscious of running & my bright red face & my puffing & panting. & had just joined a gym with a nicer shower than at home :) I am so enjoying it outside. it is completely different to the treadmill & much more demanding, so well done ~ hats off to all outdoor runners X
