Well that was harder than usual done the run a day early because the weather is going to change π‘ think it was hard because of I always give myself two full rest days my run should have been tomorrow lesson learned πββοΈπ‘π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώbut on the positive side I done it π

Well done for getting out there today! Itβs not the best conditions this morning is it π¨π I think youβre right about rest days, but you know now first hand the physical strain it puts on your body. Onwards and upwards! Fingers crossed for more settled weather next week π€πΌ
