Ooh. I did like the stamina podcast! I didn’t have time to run the full 35 minutes but I got 32 and a half minutes done!
I didn’t run today because I want to re-adjust so I can start the Bridge to 10K on Saturday.
I’ll give stamina another go tomorrow - although I do seem that have picked up the office cold and I’m sneezing and I have a very runny nose. Grrrr. Honey, lemon, ginger and echinacea tonight!
