No..if you're all recovered..head out there..we don't lose fitness that quickly..

At least two weeks before we notice any issues..:) enjoy your run!

As stated in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running.

No way !! Go ahead for week 5 !! I didnt run for 2 weeks and when I return (week 6) I had the best run so far, so do not worry and have confidence !!

Go, go, go for it! Be positive and you'll be just fine πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜

You might feel stronger and fitter after your week off so just continue from where you left off.

It's good to take a week off every so often as it allows your body to completely recover.

Good luck! πŸ˜€πŸ‘

I can only echo what the others have said... I didn't run for 10 days after getting a bad cold and chest... my first run afterwards was maybe the best I had in the whole programme so far... even carried on for a couple of minutes when I should have just been doing the cool down walk. Good luck! You'll smash it.
