Finished week 3 today! ππ And I am so happy that I did!
I was in such a bad mood when I left home for W3, R3 this afternoon. But the warm-up walk already cheered me up a bit. Then, after the first 90 sec run, I thought: "What? Laura, are you sure? But that was only like 30 seconds!"
I went as slowly as usual, and I must say that going slowly in a way feels like more demanding than going faster. My legs feel heavier the slower I go, and I have to tell myself constantly "I'm building up strength here, I'm building up strength here". And I know that I have to fight the impulse to go faster, because I'm sure that a faster run would still lead to a complete breakdown after a minute or so ...
But on the last minute of the last run I finally speeded up a bit, and that was like ... flying! π
Now I'm home, have done my stretches, have taken a shower, but in reality - I'm still up in the air! π And I love the whole world today!

Congratulations I'm so happy for you. That sounds like a eureka run. Hold onto that feeling and refer back to this post next time you feel a grumpy coming on. ππββοΈπββοΈππ
