Week 9 Run 1 - 30 mins complete

So happy to have run for 30 minutes today. I woke up with a banging headache, and thought “I’ll just pop out for a run and clear my head.” It was only afterwards I realised how insane it is that I went out and ran for 30 minutes to make myself feel better. If you’d said that to me in August, I’d have laughed at you!

Still needed a couple of ibuprofen to fully get rid of it but it definitely helped!

Oops. You’ve caught the Running Bug. No known cure. 😮. But there’s good news too - 🤔 It’s actually a bug that is good for you! 👏🏼🎉 Happy running.
