Success ,

Wow, I still don’t believe it. I finished the run and thought oh, was that all. So I added an extra 1.5 minutes to try a bit faster.

So surprised. I was dreading the three minutes. I have to admit I thought it was impossible. But, I am a stubborn old thing. I did go very very slow. At6 km.h

Snails move faster.

But I am a happy snail. Calls for all snails to join together. On wards and upwards. We will all set new trails. Grins.

Well done but don’t push to hard. The next run will be soon enough and we don’t want any pesky injuries ruining the fun 😃 keep at it 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Nicer, spa owner asked for my advise to make the place better. Then they said if I want to extend my membership I can have 150 pounds of next purchase

From one snail to another, well done! Glad you got your clothes back so you could do it. I also thought I’d struggle, but didn’t find it to bad (famous last words), hopefully R2 will also be successful. If it is I might add on some time to R3 as a prep for W4...... 🐌 👍 😁

Nothing wrong with 6kph, a slow pace may seem a bad thing but it's not, it builds stamina and providing you are using a running motion, who cares?

Japanese slow running isn't fast, otherwise it'd be called something else, check out the video on YouTube. I was in Dubai recently and there were a good number of people using that technique.

Really well done.

3 minutes seems like a long time to me, and 5 even more so.

Tomorrow morning is the start of week 2, so fingers crossed, by the end if that, I'll be more confident.

Loving how happy you are to have done it.

Your post made me smile this morning

When I first started week one was too hard. So I invented my own pre week 1.

I walked for ten minutes. Ran for a minute. Walked for 5 minutes and repeat. Three times. Then walk for ten minutes to warm down very slowly
