Good luck with your first run and just take it slow and steady, when it says run, think more of a slow jog, the aim is to finish each run.

If, towards the end of the 1 minute runs you feel you can go a little faster then try it but the aim is to finish each one.

I'm only a couple of weeks ahead of you at the moment and am amazed to have got this far. It's a great programme and the support you get on here will help you along the way. I'll echo what others have said, take it easy, keep yourself hydrated and listen to your body. Although it's called Couch to 5K, don't worry about speed & distance, that will come eventually. It's all about running for a set length of time, it's just that 'Couch to running non stop for 30 minutes at the end' isn't such a snappy title!

Good luck and have a great time. Pace yourself and you’ll be fine. It’s just the start.

Good luck and enjoy. Just remember to take it easy and aim for a light jog otherwise it will set you back a few weeks as it did with myself. I have just started back on Week 2 now and enjoying it a lot more now I know the dos and don’ts!

Hope it goes well today 👍🏼 warning: it becomes VERY addictive 😂
