Has anyone else experienced the above when they finish their run and do the 5 minute warm down walk? My left foot does not seem to want to work properly and I have to make a concerted effort to pick it up ☹️

Your symptom is not something I have ever heard of, but we all lose muscle power as we tire and so being aware of form towards the end of a run is crucial to avoid inefficient running.

You might benefit from doing some extra leg strengthening exercises.

If it persists, it might be worth checking it out with your GP.

Thanks for the advice, I am sure I look very peculiar in my warm down walk, more like something from the ministry of funny walks 🤣🤣. Did 6.6 k this morning and am loving it thanks to the support from you guys x
