Done wk 5 run 3 again. I did it last week but had to stop to cross a busy road. So I decided to do it again before moving on to week 6. Instead of the usual roads around me I drove a short distance to a nature reserve which has a flat path around it. It was beautiful and bit chilly which was ideal. I met a couple of deer along the path and was so tempted to stop and take a photo but I kept going. I even did 2 minutes more to get back to a small bridge and start my cool down walk.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, generally speaking stops are not allowed on longer runs such as the third run of week 5, however, for safety reasons such as a red light or waiting for traffic to pass that's OK, it's best to plan a run so that you don't have to stop for traffic to pass, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran. 😊 🏃🏾
