Trouble with App

Hi, I'm new here and been doing couch to 5k for 4 weeks. I have an iphone 8 and have been having trouble with the app lately. It seems to skip and finish early. I'll be on the last jog and have 5 minutes, after 3 it will say "cool down" but I know I didn't finish. If it does it before the cool down I can back it up but need to start that segment again. Any ideas of why?

I'll try buying an armband but usually don't like them. Thanks for any help.

I had the same problem so I stopped using the app and downloaded the podcasts instead which work much better.

Please report your issue to the developers via the source from which you downloaded. I have been using it recently, for the first time, and it really is quite buggy.

It was fine with my iPhone 7 back in the winter, so I concur (as usual) with IannodaTruffe. Report the problem; otherwise they don’t know it needs fixing. But glad you found an answer for yourself for now. 👍
