W9R3 - who’d of thought!

9 weeks ago for some reason I decided to do C25K. Off I went (sorry if it’s too much info) with my control knickers to avoid wobbling and once I made it past the pub where people sit outside started to run my 60 seconds. I did all of them but huffed and puffed and kept feeling annoyed with MJ that the 60 seconds didn’t go quicker. I never thought I would enjoy this program but I have, I’ve loved every minute....sort of! It has been hard work and never did I think I’d get up early to go for a run and be able to run 30 mins. I’m still away off 5K but I’ll get there. To all those starting out follow the program, don’t question it and enjoy. I feel like I’ve got a new life skill and and feel the healthiest I have in years. I love reading all the posts and all the advice has been vital in getting through this. Seems to be lots of people graduating today so congratulations to everyone👏👏👏👍🏼😀.

Have you got future runs planned?

It all starts now doesn’t it? I’m going to do the consolidation runs and try a park run! 😀

Parkrun is the natural home for graduates. You will probably find most who do it did C25K first.

Finally doing W9R3 this afternoon clocking up about 2.8 miles in 30 mins but not worried the 3.1 will come eventually as long as I avoid the couch too much
