Week 6 can be a bit weird for some people after the high of W5R3, but you're well over the hump now and only a few weeks to graduation. Happy running.

Congratulations to you and any others that have achieved this great milestone....thought it was not as bad as I expected....heart zone 5 for 26 mins and a few mins in zone 4.
I even managed to an extra couple of laps with a 5 min min warm down.
Even managed 2 pbs to suite.
