After more than 5 years and two new hips, I completed my first continuous 5k. I was only at 4k after the 30 mins, but felt fine to keep going. I should ‘graduate’ on Monday and this program was a real help in keeping me motivated as I built up the minutes. My goal now is to keep up the running and see if I can get my speed close to that magical 6 min/km by the new year.

Thank you, Ali. I never thought 5k would ever feel like a milestone but it absolutely did. Now to keep it going.
