Hello all! I love the programme, I’ve now just completed week four and I’m delighted. The last fortnight has been up here on holiday in the countryside breathing in clear air from a riverside path. Not looking forward to going back to try more jogging in the dirty big city where I live! Any tips?

Welcome to the forum and well done on the plan so far... you’re nearly half way.

I don’t live in a big city, but we do have a ton of traffic to the point where I hate running down the roads because of the fumes... so I run a lot in my local park, it’s not far from the traffic, but the air is much better for running. Do you have a park nearby?

Yes, that’s a good point! And it has a tea room 🤣.

There are also a ton of fit looking joggers there unlike here ( the Tay) where I seem to be the only one!

Why not mix your runs up and drive out to somewhere rural or coastal?
