I done it

I was very scared of this run but I have managed without any problem

I’m very surprised how well I managed even tho some parts of my 3 min run was a bit up hill

Tiny hill but still ( it looks worse then it is 😂)

Hope everyone is having great results in running this week

Great job. No need to be scared of these runs, you’re ready for them... they’d run from you if they could. Enjoy run 2, you’re getting near the 1/3 stage of this now. Happy running

Few weeks back I couldn’t imagine myself running more then 20 seconds and now I’m going for 3 min

This plan is great and you just don’t realise how much you capable of doing until you go out and do it
