I did it, just finished, officially a GRADUATE

So when I read this running plan had been designed for a fifty-something mum, I thought that’s me, so no excuses. It’s been so rewarding to pass each milestone, I started with the attitude that if I only get as far as a week 2 run then so be it, at least I’ll be exercising 3 times a week and that’s a good thing. But here I am, I finished run 3 of week nine, covering 4K not 5 but who cares I can run for 30 minutes and that was impossible when I started. Thank you to my work colleague who first introduced me to the app and thank you to everyone who posts on here, I now hope my post will inspire anyone at the beginning of their journey to carry on, you will get there. I feel AMAZING : )

That's what I'm hoping to do soon. Bit too windy for me today though!

Yeah and my local park run has quite a few steep hills so I need to take my time and prepare for those, I think a few walking sections will be needed!

Well done. Yesterday was my first run without a trainer in my ear, different. Good luck on your continuing running journey.
