This run is the milestone of the app. And I did it, yay! I nearly gave up after the first 5 minutes of running but I didn’t. Then 10 minutes happened an it being half way through gave me the boost I needed. Then 15 minutes came and I thought this isn’t going to defeat me cos I’ve only got 5 minutes left. I started to enjoy it knowing that the end was in sight. I was so happy when Michael Johnson told me I’d done that run. I never in my wildest dreams ever thought I could do this. So those who’ve got this run to come, it’ not as bad as you think its going to be. Have a fab day everyone xoxo

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5 as you say run 3 of week 5 is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒ 😊 πŸ‘

Nice self coaching... great running. It’s a huge milestone... that run says more than any other β€œyou can do this” and it’s right! One run after the halfway stage and you’re 2/3 of the way to 30 minutes. Than means the second half is easier.. slow and steady into week 6 and you got this.

Thank you. It’s not easy but I never expected it to be. Onwards and upwards πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

If it was too easy we get trampled by a stampede of runners every time we set foot on a pavement. It’s tough sometimes... you were tougher there... big big victory.

Congratulations Tazzy.. It's such a great feeling. When Michael said.. "If you didn't complete this run, don't feel too demoralised... why don't you try this run again?" I remember shouting "What are you talking about MJ!? I did it BABY! See you in week 6!" Don't know why that made me feel good. Anyway! Nothing stopping you now! You know you've got this. πŸ‘Š

There was no way I was going to repeat this run. I’m sure that’s what pushed me on to the end πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Too right πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜‰πŸ˜€

Yes I did it today

And even better wk 6 .1 is easier!

Got to wk 7 in march

Had to stop due to groin pain.

Don't think it was actually related to running so Hoping to get to wk9

You'll get there, it's not easy but just go with the flow. Those new running shoes will give you the wings you need to fly. Best of luck.

Don't dread it. The thought of running for 20 minutes is daunting but once you've got into your pace and got your second breath, you'll be fine. Tootle along as if you've got all the time in the world and before you know it, the run will be finished and you'll be fist pumping the air :D
