Okay so I’ve just completed w3r3, I feel good about it but I’m not sure if I’m completely ready for week 4. Because of my work rota and some other commitments i have had to postpone this run I did today by 3 days, so I was wondering how much that is going to affect my progress in week 4? Would it be better for me to just move on the week 4 anyway or to redo week 3?

Move up to it but if you struggle just drop back....no pressure. Take it easy and you’ll find you’ll cope with it, I’m sure. I was like that before every step up but managed it fairly comfortably. I’m confident you’ll be the same... let us know how it goes.

Yeah I think you’re right, it can’t hurt to try! :)

3 extra rest days will probably help. You’ll have nice fresh legs and you certainly won’t have lost any fitness or conditioning
