A friend put this up on Facebook today, I identify with it so much πππ.
This is so me.: A friend put this up on Facebook... - Couch to 5K
This is so me.
hahahaha, oh dear, so so true for me too
my parents are visiting and my dad said to me "are you supposed to be that red?"
I try not to be too knackered after a run, sub 35 minute pace and especially a few PB times have made me a bit like the person in the photograph, on Sunday I ran a 6K and was less tired than when I ran my PB 5K less than tow weeks ago.
On Monday I went a walk at the exact place that I ran run 3 of week 5 last year, it brought back a few memories to me, however, there was a man running in the opposite direction, he wasn't running too fast, say around 38 minute 5K pace but I could hear his loud panting quite clearly, when I ran run 3 last year I don't think I was panting just as loudly.
I never run to the point of exhaustion ever... but it is possible to look like an amateur, especially after injury!
Yes Floss, I agree on that, but the lady in the above photo looks exhausted, when I watch athletes on TV the runners that look shattered after a run are not the 3000, 5000 or 10,000 long distance runners but the middle distance runners from 400 to 1500 metres.

I absolutely love it...love it... and some runs, especially after injury... I FEEL, as if it is the first time I have done it !!!
This made me really smile! xx
Priceless! That was definitely me yesterday!
