First consolidation run

After not quite managing to run for the full 30 minutes due to the heat on Friday, I was determined to get out for a run tonight. And I did....however, I did find it quite hard . I thought after running for 30 minutes 3x already it will be a nice relaxed run, but it wasn't. The first 10 minutes felt especially hard, but I did manage to speed up for the last five. Onwards and upwards I suppose 🏃‍♀️💪

Well done, just remember even though you have completed c25k you are still a very new runner . Just try and enjoy it 😊

Thank you, the sensible part of me has been saying just that. The competative one thinks I should do better. 😀

If you mean the stepping stones ones then not yet. Have not got round to downloading/ finding them. Just replayed week 9 on the app. Not ready to leave Michael just yet 😀
