I’ve just repeated W3R3 to make sure I could get through the 3 min runs ok, and I did! Feeling great. On to W4R1 in a couple of days and am feeling a little apprehensive... 5 mins! I guess you don’t know if you can do it until you try!

Just got back from W4R1, thought I would never be able to do it, as it’s more running than walking now!! but do trust the program, slow down, keep breathing at a good rate and you can do it, trust yourself 😀 go for it!!

You can do it! Part of this programme is developing self-belief, even though it’s not mentioned. I never thought I’d get beyond w1r1, but I’m now running for just under 45 minutes at Parkrun. You have made a terrific start! We’re here to cheer you on! 👏👏👏
