Hummm, so next Saturday is another Park Run. I now know how it works, so I have to be able to beat my time of yesterday. I was dreaming of doing my second one. 2 runs before Saturday, rest Friday, then bring it on. 🏃‍♀️

No it’s a new course, I did Finsbury Park, which is one of the top 40 hard courses. So I hope my local is easier! Ha
