Week 8 Run 2

Perfect morning for by 5.45am run as it has stopped raining and the air was cooling and I even enjoyed the light shower half way through the run.

I tried something different today. I had a serious left knee operation about 10 years ago and this was one of the reasons I stopped exercise. I have had that knee strapped as a precaution ever since I started C25k but have found that my left ankle ached during the run. So, I tried without the strap today. Pleased to say the knee and ankle were fine after this run. This was a big psychological boost for me.

Only 4 more runs to graduation 👍🏻😊.
