Consolidation Continues- Or Where was Laura?

Now I know no run is a “fail”but help ma boab this morning came close! Went to bed last night having charged the headphones, pre fiddled with the podcast and set out my clothes so as to leave at silly o’clock without a fuss - first blip was losing my sports bra and subsequently ransacking the room in half light before remembering it was in the wash....Set off intending to listen out for Laura but with my own albeit dodgy playlist playing. Not sure what went wrong but where was Laura when I needed her? I didn’t hear her telling me I’d been running for 5 minutes then 10...I stumbled on and ended up having to faff about with my phone mid stride. I felt I ran for an hour- it’s very warm and sticky even here! - but it transpires I only ran for 25 minutes. Oh well. Perhaps I need to take a teenager running with me to assist with the technology 🤣🤣. Happy running folks!
