1st run with negative splits 😁

I think I'm addicted to the little buzz you got each week as you improved during C25K so since graduation it sometimes feels a bit lack lustre getting back from a run.

Today though in this heat it was just about making it out. Left it until 9pm so it was a cooler 24 degrees 😳 but no sun and a light breeze so not too bad. I decided I'd just aim for 20 to 30 minutes.

1st K was 7.14, 2nd was 7.02, huh surprise in this heat, 3rd telling myself there's no rush, just be glad you made it out, 6.47...well no way I'm taking the 4th one slow now, 6.35! Yay, put a smile on my face and gave me a burst of energy for the last couple of minutes home. Tired and happy now 😁

That’s fantastic well done. My splits seem to be very much the other way round. X
