Struggling to Run

I got to week 5 then didn't manage to run again for 3 weeks. Went on holiday to Spain for a week and managed to get week 6's 3 runs in. Now haven't managed again since I got back. Life is just so busy :-(

Hmmm. Yes. Maybe think about two things: Why did you start C25K in the first place? And where would be the least impossible place in the day to find time regularly?

If your reasons for starting still seem valid, then it’s a shame to give up when you’ve already managed 6 weeks out of 9!

As for timing: many of us find it really helpful to have regular running “slots” even if we occasionally have to rearrange them. Nothing helps like a plan! I’m a morning runner and I found if I roll out of bed & into my running clothes, then I run (too hard to take them off without going). I sometimes faff about a bit, but I always go. Other folks run after work or even instead of lunch (😱). Only you can know what will work for you. But it is only another 3 weeks to the end, and then you can reassess how it’s working, but with a graduation badge to show for it - if only for yourself! 😊

That's a shame...it's a wonderful thing to be able to do something just for you, for your health and sanity and for me a little bit of pride! Definitely worth prioritising if you possibly can?! I hope you manage to sort something soon 👍
