Best run in ages.

I've really been struggling since completing c25k program and seem to have lost my umph. Finding 20 mins impossible nevermind 30. However a month or so ago someone wrote a post about being in a similar situation and one of the replies was instead of trying to run 30mins each time you should break your runs down each week to a long medium and short one. Made sense so thought I'd give it a try. Today was my long run and did 30mins easily for the first time in weeks. So thank you for the advice as feel i may progress a bit more now.

Well done! There’s no better feeling than that after a good run!

That’s great well done! 😄

I had a similar problem after graduating and someone suggested slackening my pace a bit - it made a huge difference to how I felt and a surprisingly small difference to my pace . 😀 - although enjoying my running, not speed, was my focus and still is.
