Sorry I’ve done my post run post 🙂 But I noticed I haven’t mentioned my niggly knees for ages. They are much better!

Exercise bike (hated)? Or am I getting stronger?

I don’t know, but after so much worry early on this must be good? Yey!!!

That’s great! 😃 After a knee sprain, my GP advised me to cycle as well as run to keep my knees strong, ( although that also relates to my age - I was 59 at the time he said that).

Brilliant to hear! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I’m only on week 4, but I noticed yesterday in a hopeful way that my knees didn’t complain last run!
