So I started the couch to 5K last week however I couldn't complete the required runs needed so I started again this morning. Had a nice run down by the river with the dog. What is a good post run breakfast?

It is good for you - add some different fruit to it to make it taste more interesting 👍🏻

Whatever you fancy.... healthy of course...:)

I have to shower and wind down first... and then favourite would be home made bread, ( toast) and avocado.... treat time.. smoked salmon and scrambled egg!

if you eat before you run.. ( longer runs or races).. then something slow release and light :)

Oh mine sounds really boring now. Weetabix x 1, a banana and coffee.

Whatever you normally eat. For me cereal and fruit, glass of water.
