Glorious run

Snuck in 4km in 30 minutes this morning before it became too hot and sunny. Felt really good. The run itself felt much better than even my Parkrun did. Best for 2 or 3 weeks. I had my choice of starts, the park was gorgeous and quiet, and the route flat and comfortable.

Not that the other runs were bad, but I really enjoyed today. I felt well within my capacity, no leg pains, no gasping. Just me and the paths.

Running mojo is back!

I will continue consolidation runs, with very small increases in duration. Charity run is a week away.

Might do another Parkrun on Saturday.

Those runs are so special... and for me they more than make up for the tough ones. Nice job out there and that fitness level is there for all to see... even early morning conditions aren’t ideal... and you did that nice and comfortably... great great run.
