Didn't want to go out this morning but I think it may rain tomorrow so had to bite the bullet. It has never rained on me yet. However have to say this has been the easiest run for breathing since I started. My breathing has improved so much in 9 weeks and perhaps having done R1 I knew it was possible to finish the 30 minutes and wasn't quite so nervous. I still looked like a lobster when i finished. The finish line is in sight. I still find it so very hard to believe I can run for such a long time without stopping.

That is great news well done, the day will come when you make the decision to run in the rain. It is not as bad as you think especially as you are like me and sport a ruby face. Light rain can be very cooling 😀. Happy running. Rfc x
