Been unwell this week and been unable to run for 6 days. Am due to do wk 6 run 3 but should I push ahead with this or do something smaller?

Hi 😊 I had circumstances where I couldn't run for about 8 days between my week 8 runs, I was nervous I had lost my ability to do what the app required so I put on the next run as normal and thought I would do it as a "test run" completely shocked myself and did it all! I think you should put W6R3 on as scheduled and see what you can do, you might surprise yourself too! Good luck 🤞

hi Vicky11ma, sorry to hear you been ill and not running. I just got back from holiday and missed a week, I just went ahead n tried the next run due with a mindset of if I cant do it then I can drop back a run. Found I did achieve it 👍

Just got back and struggled for the first km but then got in a rhythm and completed it no problem!!
