Just back from W5R3 and I’m so pleased to have come this far! Just 5 weeks ago, 1 minute felt like such a slog. I can’t believe it’s possible to get to 20 in just over a month.
I hit 2.7 miles (including the 10 minutes of walking) so really hoping to manage a 30 min 5k by or shortly after graduation. Maybe that’s too much pressure. The second half of my run being 100% uphill is unhelpful, but that’s what you get for living at the top of a large hill.
Totally have the running bug and can’t believe I’m saying that!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K.
Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran, being a former athlete you should find C25K a breeze.
By former, we’re talking 15+ years and 2 children ago and in a swimming pool. I was totally “couch” and desperate to get my long lost fitness back. I’ll never be as good as I was, but it still feels amazing.
