Back in the gym and on the treadmill this morning for R3. It was still hard but nowhere near as difficult as R2 felt outside. I started with a real sense of doubt but as the run progressed I knew I could do it. And I did! I'm really looking forward to the challenge of starting W4 on Monday now. Another boost was stepping on the scales this morning to find that I have lost 7.1kg! So happy with that.
Have a great weekend everyone! x

Congrats on getting past week 3, I ran the entire program on a treadmill as I couldn't pace myself outside, not sure if it was related to the fact I only ran on treadmills at the time BUT persevere with it, try it again when you are either near the end or after you graduate, it is nice having that change of scenery.
Saying that, I have run all the runs this time around on the treadmill too, when the longer runs come I'll venture outside.
