Postponed Graduation Run

Was supposed to graduate today but decided to delay run as have gone away to France for a few days. Too many hills here for a confident 30 minute run so will wait until next week to complete. However, to my surprise my husband decided to start couch to 5k today so we both went out and did week 1 run 1 together. Definitely a convert!

Hi Debston, I know, am chuffed he wants to have a go himself. He said I haven't looked so chilled in ages since starting the cto5k.

It's great how the love for running can be passed on. Since I have started C25K both of my daughter's have started this programme. Even my husband has been to the gym more.
