Following my graduation run on Saturday I went off and enjoyed a bank holiday weekend of surf kayaking..unfortunately it seems to have been all too much for my poor legs ๐ฅ No running and lots of stretching exercises and itโs starting to feel a little better but been advised to take it easy ๐ anyone offer any advice on how to ease back into it? ๐
