Week1 Run2 - still alive!

Just completed my second run which was much easier thanks to the advice of folk in here. Don’t get me wrong, I feel like a busted sofa, but not in the same pain nor struggling as much with my breathing.

I managed to cover 2.22miles today, which I’m over the moon about!

Onwards and upwards!

Thank you for your advice! The slightly slower pace definitely made a difference!

I found I wasn’t gasping for air halfway through and the punishment on the legs wasn’t as severe. The last day I literally felt my feet crashing into the ground, today was much more comfortable.
