Well I’ve done it week 1 run 1 ✅ I had a spectator too 😂 think once I’ve cooled down I’ll feel great .

AW if it's anything like the Labs I had there are only 3 things in life worth running towards 1) food 2) water 3) food 😂😂😂
Ps the water ideally should be as disgusting as possible and shallow enough to lie in whilst laughing at your human

AlMorr Ambassador Graduate 5 years ago Congratulations on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1 and welcome to the forum, nice that you had 1 spectator on run 1 of your running journey, who knows in a few years you could have thousands of spectators lining a route if you run in a big event 10k or longer distances, it all begins with a run which you have just ran.
