Didn’t enjoy the run as much as Wk9r1, but it was hot and hillier. Love that I kept going despite feeling heavy legs and lungs from the outset 🤪. Definitely learning that mindset makes or breaks a run. But sooooo pleased I’ve run 30 mins again and time for 5k distance (with walk at start) was 36:50, slow still but getting faster. Still got shin niggles after run but eased quickly with anti-inflam cream.
Plan to do last and GRADUATION (whoop whoop) run on Saturday at Parkrun 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
