W5R2 am I running backwards?

Hi all you lovely people. Just done mid week 5 ‘run’ it was ok but I’m going soooo sloooowwwwlyyyyy!!! Am wondering if power walking would be better. Everything is twingeing a bit,knee,calf, groin. Anyways I’ve got achiropractor appointment tomorrow, will see what they say.

Slowly is good... there’s no too slow, some here can run slower than they can walk, which is a pretty good skill to have. You’re half way through the plan now... maybe an extra rest day will help the niggles settle.

Ha haaaa would probably by quicker running backwards! Think niggles are bodys revenge on making it move itself for a change.

Fear not - I was running so slowly today, I thought I was just running on the spot! Good to hear from you, have I missed some posts in the last couple of weeks?

Heyyyy, there’s been a couple of posts.... did you miss the one where I did 5 yards in 5 minutes??? 😆

I’m trudging on and I’m actually fairly impressed that I have lurched 8 minutes twice today! How are you getting on?

Struggled with a niggly calf on week 6 but it seems to be ok again now so did run 2 today - 2 x 10 minute runs. Phew! But we’re getting there aren’t we!
