Anyone got any blister tips? Got one developing on the arch of my left foot. Started on the 8 min run. Left foot out in the air since Thursday. Did my 20 min run today and it's really sore. Put a plaster on and bought some fancy socks. Are those compeed plasters any good??

I’ve never had a blister from running but I have from killer heels 🤣 but yeah the blister plasters were amazing for those

Compeed are fantastic
Put them on without getting creased they are rubber almost skin like and they heal as well as protecting.
Only fault expensive but definitely worth the money
