Week 5 Just Completed

Lost for words.

I never thought I would complete this one after running around with the Grandchildren this afternoon. I wouldn't say it was easy especially the 10-18 minutes section but when I heard 2 minutes to go the feeling was amazing.

Overall a steady pace slower than normal but I made it. The next few will seem easy until the next big one.

Beware what you say about the next few runs being easy. 😂

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 runs 1 and 2, but be careful about those runs as they have caught out some people with their interval walks and runs.

Great job... and especially well done with the pacing, slowing down to go longer is a good move. Enjoy week 6.
