Advice with sore knee

Having completed week 9 last week now progressing to 6k but having a real issue with my left knee frustrated as should be running today but decided to rest it as don't want it to get worse . What do you do ?

It depends what the issue is. Pain? Discomfort? Swelling? Discolouring? Locking? Knee is complex and often a niggle means no trouble, nothing. Sometimes, in my case, it could mean months of therapy and being unable to run. Most of the time you will be the last to find out what’s wrong. Good sports physio will be the first.
