Hello all,
Just back from my last run of week 3 and enjoyed that.
I slowed the pace down and managed it legs got heavy at end of the last 3 minutes.
I did the run in the same direction and turned round after the last 5 min walk and run/walked it back.
My route is on a slight uphill all the way so coming back was actually easier.
Im still daunted by next week, week 4 and the 3/5 min runs. Monday is my next run day as i get sunday and mondays off work so can start the new runs on fresh legs. My Wednesday and friday runs are doing after a 5am till 2pm shift on heavy legs lol.
