Downloaded the app today and did my first run on the treadmill at the gym! I have never ran before so was worried about it being too much but I just about managed it and I’m so proud our myself!

Congratulations and welcome to the forum and C25K Kte96, I am so happy to hear from you that you ran your first run of week 1 on the treadmill* at the gym, onwards and upwards to run 2 week 1 and on to week 9 on around 9 weeks, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, enjoy the journey. 😊
* here on C25K a threadmill is called a dreadmill 😂 because most people who do C25K run it outside but dread doing it inside on a treadmill if the weather is bad. 😊

Well done! Taking the first step is often the biggest.
And ignore all the ‘dreadmill’ comments you’re bound to get; if you want/need to run on a treadmill you go for it - that’s the only running I do, and there’s nowt wrong with running on a treadmill!
Enjoy the journey - I loved seeing how much longer I was able to run each week, it really encouraged me to keep at it.
