Most of the folks on here are working on C25K, or have graduated and are sharing their experiences with everyone. No doubt your enthusiasm for a new healthy you, the fitbit and profile will translate into you joining as you start to run with the C25K program. Feel free to post your progress - whether that is more walking in readiness for C25K, or when you actually start C25K.

Personally I doubt that anyone will connect with you via the fitbit link that you posted. We are very happy to support one another via posts on this forum, but it is unlikely that anyone will want to connect with a complete stranger in the fitbit universe. Perhaps once we get to know you it will be different.
