Week 8 run 3

Much better pace today, I’ve previously struggled with the third kilometre and my pace has dropped by up to two minutes. I slowed my starting pace and it made a huge difference, breathing was easier and I felt really good.

Sounds good! Starting slower helped me too with my average pace.
