I Can't Believe It! W5R3 in the Books

The notorious W5R3 and I did it! I really did, and it was easier than I would have thought possible. As many others have said, the first 10 minutes were the hardest. After that, a strange rhythm seemed to take over and by the time I hit 20 minutes, I think I still had something left. Now, I will admit I wasn't running very fast. Dog walkers passed me constantly, but ask me if I cared. The good thing is that I was able to keep going for the entire time. To everyone who's worried about this run, I can only say trust the program, even when it seems like it's asking too much. C25K really does work, even for a 77-year-old like me. If I can do it ----

Well done! I think that run was the one that helped me to believe I could do it πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

Congratulations to you Poochpotato (we have now got three potatos here on C25K, smashedpotatoe, Couchpotato and now you Poochpotato) on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚢 and runs πŸƒ 😊
