Just completed my first run of week 4 and can’t believe I could run for 5 full minutes! Totally loving this program i’m Amazed by how much my stamina and ability has improved in just 4 weeks!

It’s a great plan, i’m beginning to feel like I could actually run a 5k whereas before I thought no way!

Well done to you running06, yes C25K gives you stamina, great that you can run for 5 minutes.

Just today returning from booking tickets for a event I looked at my watch and had 4 minutes to get my bus, I ran and got the 🚍 bus seconds before it was about to leave, if I had not had the stamina to run for that bus helped by my C25K training, I would have missed it.
